Where did you sleep last night?
In Multnomah County, about 4,100 people slept on the streets, in shelters, and in temporary housing.
Over 1,600 of these folks sleep outside. Almost 72% have a disabling condition. It's a hard way to live, and a frighteningly fast way to die.

Making “house calls” to people living outside is literally a life-saving service. This crucial work depends on collaboration and support from the community. We seek financial contributions to support our growing needs, as well as donations of medical supplies and equipment. Your investment will help deliver our critically needed services and increase our capacity to serve more people. Relative to other health care delivery systems, street medicine is inexpensive, with every donated dollar impacting a life.
